Nicole’s class is a terrific way to learn how to make the perfect macaron. Nicole pleasantly and patiently guides you through all the steps in creating this delicious cookie- giving you important tips as you go. You watch Nicole and then she watches you attempt to do the same thing. It’s not easy but the trial is fun and the result is yummy and pretty (my result did not reach perfection but I was proud of it)

Nicole is an excellent teacher! As I am not an avid baker, I was nervous about taking a macaron class, but Nicole is very patient and explains the details for the process of making macarons in such an understandable and fun way that I forgot about being nervous and just had fun! The “cookies” turned out great. Nicole prepares her students ahead of time for the creating and baking process with detailed information and with an absolutely beautiful prep kit; she also provides a wonderful synopsis of procedures and welcomes follow up questions. I would 100% recommend any novice or seasoned baker to take Nicole’s classes.
